Gracida Industrial Processes needed a system that unified their B2B sales pipeline, supplier management, inventory catalog, and technical documentation. They also required artificial intelligence to process documents, search their knowledge base, and generate predictive analytics for decision-making.

The Solution02

An AI-powered enterprise CRM

We built a multi-tenant enterprise CRM in Flutter with a complete sales pipeline, supplier management, inventory catalog, document module with OCR using Google Document AI, intelligent search with Vertex AI Search, KPI and analytics dashboards, role-based system, scheduled notifications, and Google Cloud infrastructure with Terraform.

Iterative design with continuous feedback

We worked in two-week sprints with constant reviews from the Gracida team. We started with the sales pipeline, then integrated Document AI for processing technical documentation, and finally deployed Vertex AI Search for intelligent search across the entire knowledge base.
