Inventory Dashboard to Run Your Warehouse Without Surprises

An inventory dashboard brings turnover, days of coverage, stockouts, and ABC classification into a single view, so you stop building manual reports every week. At AISDC we build a custom inventory dashboard connected to your ERP, your point of sale, or your spreadsheets, turning that data into clear indicators for purchasing, warehouse, and management teams. Instead of finding out about a stockout after a customer already left empty-handed, your team sees the alert ahead of time, checks the real-time inventory report, and decides with current data instead of memory or a count from last week.

How we work

1. Data Source Discovery

We review where your inventory data lives today — ERP, point of sale, multiple warehouses, or spreadsheets — and which indicators each team actually needs: purchasing, warehouse, sales, and management.

2. Indicator and View Design

We define with you which KPIs actually matter: turnover by category, days of coverage, stockouts, excess stock, and ABC classification. We design a different view for each role.

3. Development and Data Connection

We build the dashboard and connect it to your real data sources, with automatic refresh, so the numbers reflect your warehouse in real time instead of a count from three days ago.

4. Launch and Ongoing Tuning

We train your team, launch the inventory dashboard, and adjust indicators, alerts, and views as you use it in daily operations.

What it includes

Inventory Turnover by Product and Category

See which products move fast and which have sat untouched for months tying up space and capital, with turnover calculated automatically.

Days of Stock Coverage

Know how many days of sales you have left for each product based on historical demand, so you buy on time without over-stocking or running short.

Stockout and Low-Stock Alerts

Get an automatic alert when a product is about to run out, before a customer notices at the counter or on your online store.

Automatic ABC Classification

The system classifies your catalog into A, B, and C tiers by sales or margin impact, so you focus control and cycle counts on what actually matters.

Warehouse and Branch Comparison

Compare stock levels, turnover, and stockouts across warehouses or branches in one view, and spot where transferring stock beats buying more.

Scheduled Real-Time Inventory Reports

Schedule automatic reports to purchasing, warehouse, or management by email or WhatsApp, always current as of the moment they are sent.

Use cases

Distributor With Multiple Warehouses

When you manage stock across more than one warehouse, you need consolidated turnover and stock levels without losing the detail of each location for transfer decisions.

Retail With Multiple Branches

Stores with more than one location need to compare turnover and stockouts across branches to redistribute stock before losing sales to an empty shelf.

Manufacturing With Raw Materials and Finished Goods

Track coverage for raw materials separately from finished goods, so production never stops for missing inputs and finished stock never piles up unsold.

Hardware or Auto Parts Store With Thousands of SKUs

With catalogs running into thousands of items, ABC classification tells you which products are worth the time for tight control and cycle counting.

Business With Seasonal Demand

Compare current turnover against prior periods to plan purchasing ahead of peak seasons, without relying on what the buyer remembers from last year.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a full inventory management system?+

The inventory dashboard is a reporting layer that connects to your ERP, point of sale, or spreadsheets to show turnover, coverage, stockouts, and ABC classification. If you do not yet have a system that tracks stock movements and levels, we also build custom inventory management software that covers that full operation. We can build either one separately or integrated, depending on what you already have running.

Does the dashboard connect to my ERP, or does it only work with spreadsheets?+

It connects directly to your ERP, point of sale, or current inventory system whenever it exposes a way to pull data. If you currently work in Excel or Google Sheets, we can also build the dashboard on top of that source while you move to a more robust system.

How often do the indicators update?+

It depends on your data source and how critical the indicator is for your operation. We can set up real-time updates, hourly refreshes, or daily cutoffs, based on what makes sense for purchasing, warehouse, and management.

Can I see inventory across multiple branches or warehouses in one dashboard?+

Yes. The dashboard consolidates stock levels, turnover, and stockouts across all your locations in a single view, with the option to filter or compare by warehouse, branch, or product category.

Do I need to change my current inventory system to use this dashboard?+

Not necessarily. In most cases we connect the dashboard to whatever platform you already use, whether that is an ERP, a point of sale, or a spreadsheet. If we find that your current system does not give you the data you need, we tell you before proposing any additional development.
