OEE is calculated by multiplying availability, performance, and quality for a machine or line over a given period. It varies by number of lines and required integrations, but a first working module (for example, production orders and downtime capture on a pilot line) is usually running in weeks, not months. From there we expand to more lines and modules incrementally.
