Custom Software for Gas Stations and Service Centers

Our software for gas stations connects floor sales, volumetric control, and invoicing in one system, instead of forcing your station into generic tools that don't match how you actually operate. We integrate your point of sale with the reporting Mexico's SAT requires under Anexo 30, automate CFDI invoicing for every transaction, and give you visibility into fuel inventory, convenience-store sales, and fleet credit accounts. Whether you run a single station or a multi-site chain, we build the system around your real operation: attendant shifts, cash reconciliation, voucher control, and reports your accountant and management actually use every day.

How we work

1. Operations discovery

We review how you sell fuel and store products, what certified volumetric control system you already have, how you invoice today, and what reports you generate. We identify where time or data gets lost between the sales floor and accounting.

2. Custom system design

We define the modules your station needs: per-pump point of sale, shift and attendant control, integration with your certified volumetric control system, CFDI invoicing, and management reports.

3. Development and integration

We build the software and connect it to your pumps, your volumetric control provider (Anexo 30), your bank for payment reconciliation, and your electronic invoicing platform.

4. Launch and ongoing support

We train your attendants and managers, migrate your existing data, and stay close during the on-site launch. After that we remain available for adjustments, new modules, and technical support.

What it includes

Point of sale for fuel and store

Record fuel sales by pump and nozzle alongside convenience-store products, with an independent cash cutoff per shift and attendant.

Volumetric control integration (Anexo 30)

We connect your management software with your SAT-certified volumetric control system so inflow, outflow, and inventory data flow between both systems without manual data entry.

Automatic CFDI invoicing

Generate an electronic invoice for every fuel or store sale in line with SAT requirements, including a payment complement when a customer settles the account later.

Fleet and credit account management

Manage fleet agreements, per-customer credit limits, fuel vouchers, and account statements, with consolidated cutoff and invoicing per period instead of one invoice per fill-up.

Real-time sales and inventory reporting

Check sales by shift, product, pump, and station from a single dashboard, with alerts when physical inventory diverges from what the volumetric control system reports.

License plate recognition (LPR) for repeat customers

Automatically identify vehicles under a fleet or credit agreement as they enter the station, speeding up dispatch and access control without manual cards or codes.

Use cases

Independent service station

Single-station owners currently running on spreadsheets, a generic point-of-sale tool, and manual invoicing, who need one system that ties sales, volumetric control, and accounting together instead of several disconnected programs.

Multi-station chain

Groups with two or more stations that need to see sales, inventory, and performance for every site from one dashboard, compare pumps across locations, and catch discrepancies early.

Station with corporate fleet agreements

Stations serving transport, delivery, or service fleets that need to control credit limits, vouchers, and consolidated monthly invoicing for each corporate account.

Station with a large convenience store

Businesses where the store makes up a significant share of revenue and need store inventory, promotions, and cash cutoff integrated with fuel sales instead of living in a separate system.

Station certifying or switching volumetric control providers

Operators implementing or changing their volumetric control provider who need their management software to integrate cleanly with the new certified system.

Frequently asked questions

Does the software replace my certified volumetric control system?+

No. The volumetric control required under SAT's Anexo 30 must be operated by a certified provider using approved metering equipment. What we build is the management software that integrates with that certified system, so sales, inventory, and invoicing work off the same data without duplicate data entry.

Can it automatically invoice every fuel sale?+

Yes. The system generates the corresponding CFDI for every sale according to SAT requirements, either as an immediate invoice or with a payment complement when a customer settles the account on a later date. That cuts down manual work for your admin team at day-end close.

Does it work for a multi-station chain?+

Yes. We design the system so you can see consolidated sales, inventory, and performance across all your stations from one dashboard, plus individual reports per site whenever you need them.

Can you add license plate recognition for fleet customers?+

Yes. We can add license plate recognition (LPR) to identify vehicles under a fleet or credit agreement as they enter the station, speeding up dispatch and automatically logging the visit against the customer account.

Do you work with gas stations outside Monterrey?+

Yes. AISDC operates from Monterrey and serves gas stations across the rest of Mexico remotely and on-site by appointment. We coordinate the project via video call and email, and schedule in-person visits when the implementation requires it.
