Custom Hotel Software Built Around Your Operation

Running a hotel on generic tools creates friction: scattered data, manual processes, and missed revenue opportunities caused by a lack of real-time visibility. At AISDC we develop custom hotel software that centralizes reservations, room management, billing, and reporting on a single platform designed specifically for your property or chain. Every module is built around your actual workflows — not the other way around.

How we work

1. Discovery and Diagnosis

We analyze your current operation: how you manage reservations, which systems you use today, which sales channels are active, and where time or revenue is being lost. We document functional requirements together with your front desk, administration, and management teams.

2. Solution Design

We define the system architecture, priority modules, and workflows. We design prototypes of the key screens so your team can validate the experience before a single line of code is written.

3. Development and Integration

We build the software in iterative stages, integrating OTAs, payment gateways, Mexican tax invoicing (CFDI), and any other service you require. We conduct testing with real data from your property before going live.

4. Launch and Ongoing Support

We train your team, accompany the live launch, and resolve incidents in real time. After launch we provide ongoing support and continue evolving the system as your business grows.

What it includes

Booking Engine

Lets guests book directly through your website or app, with real-time availability, room type selection, package options, and online payment. Reduces OTA dependency and eliminates unnecessary commissions on direct bookings.

Room and Availability Management (PMS)

A Property Management System (PMS) is the core of your hotel operation: it displays the status of every room — available, occupied, under housekeeping, or blocked — on a real-time visual map. It centralizes check-ins, check-outs, seasonal rates, and room assignments in one place, replacing spreadsheets and whiteboards.

Check-in and Check-out

Streamline guest arrivals and departures with digital flows: data capture, ID verification, policy acknowledgment, and room assignment from the front desk or, optionally, from the guest's own device before arrival. Check-out automatically generates the final folio.

Channel Manager

Synchronizes your room inventory and rates in real time with major OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb. When a reservation is made on any channel, availability is automatically updated across all others, preventing overbooking and rate discrepancies.

Billing and Payments

Manage room charges, extra consumption, and payments from a unified interface. Integrates payment gateways for online collection and automatically generates SAT-compliant CFDI 4.0 electronic invoices at check-out, fulfilling Mexican tax obligations without manual processes.

Occupancy and Revenue Reports

Monitor key hotel performance indicators such as Average Daily Rate (ADR: room revenue divided by rooms sold) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR: total room revenue divided by all available rooms). These reports help you identify high-demand periods, adjust pricing strategies, and compare channel performance without relying on external spreadsheets.

Use cases

Independent Boutique Hotel

A boutique hotel with 15 to 40 rooms needs a solution that reflects its unique identity and simplifies operations for a small team. We build a system that unifies direct bookings, PMS, and billing in a single screen, reducing administrative workload and letting staff focus on the guest experience.

Multi-Property Hotel Group

For hotel groups with two or more properties, we build multi-site platforms with a central dashboard where corporate management can view occupancy, revenue, and performance for each property in real time. Each hotel maintains autonomous operations while leadership has consolidated visibility.

Hotel with Event Spaces

Hotels that offer ballrooms or meeting rooms for weddings, conferences, or corporate events have additional needs: package quoting, venue contract management, catering coordination, and partial payment tracking. We integrate an events module directly into the PMS so reception, sales, and operations all work from the same system.

Frequently asked questions

What is a PMS or hotel software?+

A PMS (Property Management System) is the central software of a hotel. It consolidates room management, reservations, rates, check-in, check-out, billing, and reporting on a single platform. Instead of using spreadsheets or disconnected tools, a PMS allows front desk, housekeeping, and administration to work from the same real-time information.

Does the software connect with Booking.com and Expedia (channel manager)?+

Yes. We develop a channel manager integrated into the PMS that synchronizes your availability and rates with the OTAs you use — such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb — in real time. When a reservation is confirmed on any of those channels, inventory is automatically updated across all others to prevent overbooking.

Does the system include Mexican tax invoicing (CFDI)?+

Yes. We integrate automated generation and stamping of CFDI 4.0 electronic invoices in compliance with Mexico's SAT requirements. At check-out, or whenever a guest requests it, the system generates the tax receipt automatically and sends it by email, with no separate manual process required.

Can it manage multiple properties from a single system?+

Yes. We design the system architecture according to your needs. For hotel chains or groups, we build a multi-property dashboard where corporate leadership can view occupancy and revenue for each hotel in real time, while each property operates independently with its own workflow.

Is custom software better than an off-the-shelf solution?+

It depends on the complexity of your operation and how well a standard system matches your processes. Generic systems are quick to deploy but force your team to adapt to workflows that may not fit your reality. A custom system is built on how your hotel actually operates, integrates exactly the channels and services you use, and evolves with you. It is the best choice when you have particular operational flows, multiple properties, specific integration requirements, or a guest experience you want to differentiate.
