Services/License Plate & ID Recognition

AI-powered license plate reader software

Our license plate reader software uses computer vision and artificial intelligence to identify, log, and query vehicle plates in real time. We build every solution custom-fit to your project—from a private parking lot to an industrial or urban monitoring system. We integrate with your existing cameras and barriers, or advise you on the right equipment if upgrades are needed.

How we work

Site assessment and camera audit

We analyze your existing infrastructure: camera types, capture angles, lighting conditions, and traffic volume. This information defines the technical requirements for your ALPR system.

Solution design

We design the software architecture: recognition engine, record database, query dashboard, and integration points with your infrastructure (barriers, access control, alerts).

Model development and integration

We train or fine-tune the license plate recognition model for the real-world conditions at your site. We develop the REST API, the web dashboard, and integrations with your existing systems.

Installation, testing, and support

We deploy the system on your infrastructure, run tests under real conditions, and train your team. We provide ongoing support and model updates as your needs evolve.

What it includes

Real-time AI license plate recognition

The computer vision engine detects and reads vehicle plates from live video, returning results in milliseconds so vehicle flow is never interrupted.

Photo capture with timestamp

Every read is stored with the vehicle image, the recognized plate, and the exact date and time, creating a fully auditable access log.

Plate search and automated alerts

Search the history of any plate in seconds. The system can send automatic alerts—via email, SMS, or WhatsApp—whenever a plate of interest is detected.

Allowlists and blocklists

Manage lists of authorized vehicles (allowlist) and restricted or flagged vehicles (blocklist). The system acts automatically when it recognizes a plate on either list.

Works with existing cameras

The software integrates with most IP and CCTV cameras on the market. A full infrastructure replacement is often unnecessary—we assess which cameras are suitable and recommend adjustments only where needed.

REST API and query dashboard

Access all data via REST API to integrate with your ERP, management system, or internal applications. The web dashboard allows queries, reporting, and list administration from any device.

Use cases

Parking and private vehicle access

Automate vehicle entry and exit at building parking lots, shopping centers, or corporate facilities. The system opens the barrier upon recognizing an authorized plate, eliminates physical tickets, and generates occupancy and dwell-time reports.

Gate control at industrial parks and warehouses

Automatically log every vehicle entering or leaving a plant, warehouse, or industrial park. Reduce wait times at the gate, maintain a complete access log, and trigger alerts for unauthorized vehicles.

Security and perimeter or urban monitoring

Support private or public security operations by identifying vehicles at strategic checkpoints. Cross plates against watchlists in real time and generate vehicle traffic reports for operational analysis.

Frequently asked questions

What is a license plate reader or ALPR system?+

ALPR (Automatic License Plate Recognition) is software that uses computer vision to automatically detect and read vehicle license plates from images or video. It enables access logging, automated alerts, and history queries without manual intervention.

Will it work with my current cameras?+

In many cases, yes. The software is compatible with most IP cameras and CCTV systems that stream over standard protocols (ONVIF, RTSP). Before the project begins, we run a diagnostic of your infrastructure to determine which cameras are suitable and whether any adjustments to angle, resolution, or lighting are needed.

How accurate is the plate recognition?+

Accuracy depends on factors such as camera quality, image resolution, site lighting, capture angle, and vehicle speed. Under suitable conditions—good lighting, a front or rear angle, and adequate camera resolution—the system delivers a high recognition rate. During the initial assessment we evaluate your site's conditions and optimize them to achieve the best possible performance.

Can it send automatic alerts when a specific plate is detected?+

Yes. You can configure watchlists of plates of interest, and the system will send a real-time alert—via WhatsApp, email, or SMS—every time one of those plates is detected. It can also trigger automatic actions such as opening or locking a barrier.

Is this an off-the-shelf product or custom-built?+

Everything is built custom for each project. We do not sell boxed software: we design the solution around your infrastructure, workflows, and specific integrations. This lets us adapt to very different use cases, from a small parking lot to an industrial park with multiple access points.
