EBA Beauty Sanctuary needed to fully digitize their salon operations: from appointment booking and stylist selection to product inventory management, payments, and automated client communication. Everything was handled manually, causing missed appointments, inventory errors, and inconsistent communication.

Comprehensive mobile app with automations

We developed a complete mobile app in Flutter with an interactive appointment system, intelligent inventory management with automatic consumption per service, payment processing, promotions portal, multi-role system, dashboard with real-time statistics, appointment conflict detection, low stock alerts, and WhatsApp automations for reminders, confirmations, and invoices.

Co-design with the salon team

We worked side by side with stylists, receptionists, and EBA's management to understand every workflow. We designed the app around their actual processes, iterating on prototypes with the full team before each release.
