The Challenge

A workshop without digital tools

JAX Moto needed a comprehensive solution to manage their motorcycle workshop and parts sales: point of sale, inventory of hundreds of products, service appointments, invoicing, and also an online store to sell across Mexico with a shipping system.

The Solution

Fully integrated app + e-commerce

We developed a Flutter mobile app with a complete POS system, QR/barcode scanner for inventory, appointment and virtual queue system, Stripe payments, PDF ticket generation, Bluetooth printing, financial reports with charts, and a React e-commerce with product catalog, persistent cart, Stripe payments, shipping quotes with Skydropx, and automatic inventory sync between the app and the store.

The Process

From workshop to code in agile sprints

We visited the workshop to understand real workflows: how they serve customers, how they manage inventory, and what information they need. We built the POS first, then the e-commerce, ensuring inventory synced in real-time between both channels.
