ĒBA Beauty Sanctuary needed to fully digitize their salon operations: from appointment booking and stylist selection to product inventory management, payments, and automated client communication. Everything was handled manually, causing missed appointments, inventory errors, and inconsistent communication.
We developed a complete mobile app in Flutter with an interactive appointment system with calendar, intelligent inventory management with automatic consumption per service, payment processing, promotions and discounts portal, multi-role system (Admin, Receptionist, Stylist, Client), dashboard with real-time statistics, appointment conflict detection, low stock alerts, and WhatsApp automations for reminders, confirmations, and invoices.
